Enrolment Information

If your child turns 5:  

• before 1 May, they can start primary school at the start of the year in Term 1 – completes 4 terms of reception.
• between 1 May and 31 October, they can start school at the beginning of Term 3 – completes 6 terms of reception.
• after 31 October they can start school in Term 1 the following year – completes 4 terms of reception. 

Your child must be at school by their 6th birthday.

Apply to enrol

Step 1: submit an enrolment form. You can get a form from our front office.  

Step 2: submit your verification documents. You’ll need to provide: 

• a copy of the child’s original birth certificate or passport
• residency visa, if you’re a non-Australian resident 
• proof of address (for example utility bill or lease agreement).  

Offers of enrolment

Step 3: Before starting school, you’ll get notification to let you know when you can attend a transition visit. The Primary Co-ordinator will give you information about your child beginning school and give you a tour of the school.
